PROGRAMME

“TASTEFUL EUROPE – Tradition and Quality” is a three-year promotional programme concerning agri-food products from the European Union. The programme covers a variety of products, such as fresh, chilled and frozen meat and meat products, including fresh, chilled and frozen beef, pork, meat products, as well as high-quality poultry, served together with fresh and processed fruit and vegetables – apples, Vaccinium berries, highbush blueberries and chokeberries.

Stringent standards and the safety of the production process ensure high quality of the resulting products. The production process takes place on the basis of systems in force in the European Union and worldwide. The most important ones include HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point), GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice), GHP (Good Hygiene Practice), as well as GAP (Good Agricultural Practices).

The meat products, which are worth particular attention are pork meat – pork neck, loin, tenderloin, shoulder, ham, knuckle; beef – beef neck and tenderloin; and poultry – whole poultry, as well as various parts of poultry meat. Our meat products, characterised by outstanding quality and exceptional flavour include cooked, smoked and matured hams, gammons, loins and a variety of sausages.

A wide selection of fruit, including apples, Vaccinium berries, highbush blueberries and chokeberries, specially selected vegetables, as well as fruit and vegetable products constitute a complete range of products enabling you to discover the exceptionally tasty and traditional products from European crops.

The “Tasteful Europe – Tradition and Quality” programme is carried out by the Association of Butchers and Producers of Processed Meat of the Republic of Poland, National Union of Groups of Fruit and Vegetable Producers, under the Common Agricultural Policy mechanism, co-financed from the EU funds, the Republic of Poland funds and from the Pork Promotion Fund, Beef Promotion Fund and Fruit and Vegetable Promotion Fund.
