Ingredients:
1 whole chicken breast
1 broccoli
2 sweet potatoes
4 radishes
Handful of spinach leaves
1 teaspoon dried sweet pepper
2 tablespoons oil
Salt and pepper
Sauce:
200 ml natural yoghurt
1 garlic clove
1 teaspoon lime juice
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt
Preparation:
Peel the sweet potatoes and cut them into small cubes. Put them on a baking tray covered with baking paper, spread 1 tablespoon of oil on them, season with salt. Roast in an oven heated up to 200 degrees for 25–30 minutes.
Wash the broccoli and divide it into florets. Cook in salty water (for ca. 6 minutes).
Cut the chicken breast into thin strips. Merge in a large bowl: 1 tablespoon of oil, paprika, salt and pepper. Put the chicken strips into the bowl and mix. Fry on a heated grill pan for a few minutes.
How to prepare sauce:
Pour the yoghurt into a small bowl, add the garlic squeezed through the press, lime juice and salt and mix together. Pour the olive oil on the top.
Put the grilled chicken, sweet potatoes, broccoli, sliced radishes and spinach leaves onto the plate. Serve with garlic sauce.
