Cook soba noodles as per instructions on the package.
Cut the onion and garlic into cubes and cut the peppers into strips. Grate the ginger on a grater.
Pour the oil onto a heated frying pan and fry the onion, peppers, garlic, ginger and chili.
Cut the chicken breast into cubes. Add the meat into the frying pan and fry for a while until browned.
Add the cooked noodles. Mix everything thoroughly with the soy sauce and the oyster sauce.
Serve the noodles sprinkled with sesame.
