  • STRIPLOIN

    Striploin is the upper cut of European beef.  Strip loin with its fat cover is deliciously tender.  This particular cut makes excellent roast. Strip loin may also be fried, grilled and marinated. It is perfect for steak, rump steak and fillet.  Raw strip loin may also be used to make tartare, and it is cheaper than tenderloin.
